About the Role

A Home Health Aide is a professional caregiver responsible for helping patients maintain their personal health and hygiene in their place of residence.
Must have all the Documents Requiered. Must be a must be detail-oriented and be able to carefully follow protocols and rules regarding the patient’s care. They should be trustworthy and dependable so the patient and their family feel comfortable relying on them.


Copy of Driver’s license or Florida ID.

Copy of Social Security Card

Copy of proof that you can legally work in the US

Background Screening FDLE, FBI (Level II)

Local Background check (APD)

Liability Insurance

Physical Exam – FREE FROM COMMUNICABLE DISEASE (Within the last 6 months)

HHA documented training indicating 40 hours +





Assistance with self-administration of medication

Alzheimer’s Disease & Related Dementia

Elderly Abuse, Neglect + Exploitation

About the Company

KDM's Services Inc is a Nurse Registry and continues to operate according to the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) standards. We provide excellent healthcare to Individuals in the comfort of their own home and community throughout Broward County. The Company's staff consists of Care Providers such as Registered Nurses, Home Health aides and Certified Nursing Assistants with several years of experience. Other staff members are the Administrator, the Administrative Assistant and Staffing Coordinator.
At KDM's Services, all providers are screened according to state standards and only the best are selected to serve. Due to the constant change and progression in the Healthcare Industry, our staff is expected to participate in continuing education and training geared to benefit the community we serve.

We participate in State & Country funded programs as well as Private funded programs such as Insurance and out of pocket. A Registered Nurse is available for home visits for a fee.
